The windmills at Fengxian Bay Fishing Pier are located near the Gulf Sightseeing Avenue. To get there, take Metro Line 5 to "Fengxian New City" station, then transfer to Fengxian Bus No. 29 and get off at "Haiwan Road Jinhuiktang Road" stop. From there, walk about 100 meters to reach the Fishing Pier. Once you arrive, follow the Gulf Sightseeing Avenue, and you will see the windmills.
