Take bus 103, Y1, or 27 to Shouxi Lake Station. After getting off, walk south along Yangzi North Road for about 150 meters to the South Gate of Shouxi Lake. Once inside, follow the main path east for 500 meters. You'll pass the scenic area of the Spring Willow Long Causeway on your left, and then climb the steps to the Wuting Bridge to reach the shooting location.
