Get on the Jinbin Light Rail Line 9 (Donghai Road direction) at Tianjin Station, and get off at Shiyijinglu Station, Exit C. Walk 340 meters along Shiyijinglu, go up the stairs, and head to the southwest corner of the intersection. Continue walking 40 meters along Shiyijinglu to DaGuangMing Bridge. The location is just under the southwest side of the bridge.
