Take the Subway Line 2 to Mai Island Station and exit at Exit E. After exiting, walk for about 20 minutes to reach Xiao Mai Island Park. Once inside the park, follow the western road to find the western stone steps. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to "Xiao Mai Island Park" and drive or take a taxi there.
