You can take the 21A bus from Prince Wai Road to the Cotai Strip, and get off at The Londoner Macao Station. After getting off, walk 350 meters along the inner Cotai Strip, then turn right and walk 20 meters, turn right again and walk 30 meters, then turn left and walk 20 meters. You will arrive at The Londoner Macao hotel, where you can find the desired spot.
