Navigate to Xi'an Joy City at 777 Cien Road, Yanta District. From the 4th floor of the mall, take the elevator or stairs and follow the signs to reach the rooftop, which is an excellent spot for capturing the night view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda with an unobstructed view.
