After entering the太子 Bay Park, behind the big windmill, there's a Wind and Rain Pavilion uphill. Across from it, you'll find a large open lawn. On rainy days, the distant mountains are shrouded in mist, and there's a small stream nearby, giving a sense of outdoor hiking. The view is great and very open.
