Upon arriving at the navigation point, Lake Sayram, you'll find a dedicated parking lot. Walk straight along the boardwalk opposite the parking lot until you reach the end, then turn right and keep walking to the end. You'll see many people taking wedding photos here; this is the spot for photography.
