You can take the bus to "Chishanbu" station. After getting off at Chishanbu station, walk back and enter太子湾公园 (Dazhiwan Park). Near 方怀亭 (Fanghuaiting Pavilion), there are beautiful red tulips in bloom. Follow the signs within the park to reach Fanghuaiting Pavilion. Once you arrive, look for the red tulip beds nearby, which will be your photo spot.
