It's recommended to drive or rent a car and navigate to "Jing Sha Village," where you can park on the roadside. Alternatively, you can rent an electric scooter on Pingtan Island and navigate to "Jing Sha." There are two entrances; Entrance 1 is farther from the Black Rock Beach and Black Rock Cave, but it offers a view of the Black Rock Beach.
