It's recommended to drive or rent a car and navigate to "Jingsha Village," where you can park on the roadside. Alternatively, you can rent an electric scooter on Pingtan Island and navigate to "Jingsha." There are two entrances; Entrance 1 is further from the Black Stone Beach and the Black Stone Cave, but it provides a good view for photography of the Black Stone Beach.
