To navigate to Xinghua Lizhong Water Forest Park, head north on Chang’an North Road for about 10 kilometers, then turn onto Shazhao Line (X214). Continue west on Shazhao Line for about 6.9 kilometers, and after crossing Shengsheng River Bridge, turn onto X301. Drive for about 1.2 kilometers on X301, and you will reach the entrance to the scenic area.
