You can take bus 49, 167, or the Tourist Line 7 to the junction of Jiujiang Road and Zhejiang Zhong Road. After getting off, walk along Jiujiang Road for 30 meters, then turn right into Jinhua Road and continue for 50 meters until you reach the Yong’an Department Store.
