Photography Tips
The photographer crouches behind the sewer, while the model stands beside the sculpture, looking towards the camera for an eye-level shot. A standard prime lens (35mm) is used to capture the cartoonish police station along with the subjects, while also including the surrounding environment. Additional tips: ① Use side lighting in the afternoon to accentuate the texture of the columns and the three-dimensional feel of the arches. ② Maintain silence during the shoot as the police station is still in use.
Walking Guide
Go straight until you see the large crosswalk. Note the 7121 convenience store and Leung Hin Lee Community Centre on your right front. Turn right and cross the street.
Walk straight for about 200 meters until you see the "Yida Electric Heating" store, then turn left at this intersection.
Exit at Oil Ma Tai Station, Exit C of Tsuen Wan Line, and turn right after exiting the station.
Cross the street and turn right at the police station entrance. You'll see the mascot; walk over to it.
Turn right, and look for a narrow alley between the fruit stand and the subway station. Follow this path.
After crossing the crosswalk, walk straight for about 50 meters on the road with the 7-Eleven store.
Turn left and walk straight down this road for about 200 meters.
