You can take the bus to the "Tianan East Gate" stop, such as routes 39, 41, 43, etc., and enter through the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven Park. After entering from the East Gate, head west through the Seventy-Two Corridors and proceed towards the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests.
