Photography Tips
Recommended focal lengths: 70mm, 85mm, which can help you get a closer shot of the pavilion. Travel Tips: 1. The annual park pass for Beijing does not cover admission, so remember to buy a ticket (at the entrance or via the mini-program). If you're only visiting Hao Ran Pavilion, you only need to purchase the entrance ticket. 2. The Old Summer Palace (Yuanming Yuan) consists of three gardens. The nearest metro station to Hao Ran Pavilion is Exit B of Yuanming Yuan Station on Line 4. If you're navigating to Hao Ran Pavilion, it might be a bit tricky to find.
Walking Guide

After entering the gate, you'll see a rock garden. Walk straight along the path to the left of the rock garden until you reach the lake. Then, turn right and follow the lakeside path.

Exit at B口 (B Exit) of Yuanmingyuan Station on Line 4 of the subway, then walk straight to Yuanmingyuan.

Walk to Qichun Garden to enter the Summer Palace.

Go straight, pass by the pier, continue straight, cross the bridge and keep going straight (no need to turn at any point).

Follow the small path alongside the shop, and you'll see the Haoran Pavilion as you continue down the path.

Walk under the bridge, and after you cross it, you'll see a row of shops.
