Exit 1 from Line 2 of the subway, you can take the sightseeing bus directly to Meiling Palace (10 RMB per person). After arriving at Meiling Palace, walk back to reach the internet-famous bridge. You will see a city gate (Sifangcheng) on the right. Go through the small iron gate, and you can also see the entrance to Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum nearby. Turn right to reach the entrance of the internet-famous bridge (towards Sifangcheng).
