Exit from Gate 1 of Wanshou Palace Station on Metro Line 1, enter the block from the entrance, and head forward along Guangrunmen Street. You'll pass some restaurants and folk culture exhibits. When you reach the intersection with Qipan Street, turn left and continue down Qipan Street. After walking for a bit, you'll see the gray brick wall. Follow the wall, and you'll find the IP character.
