Take the high-speed train from Shanghai to Huangshan North Station, and then from Huangshan North Station to Yixian East. There are buses from Yixian East to Xidi and Hongcun; the bus to Hongcun will pass through Xidi. At the North Station, you can also take Bus 10 to Hongcun, which also passes through Xidi. After getting off at the bus station in front of the Hongcun Visitor Center, just follow the signs to reach the entrance of the scenic area. Once inside the scenic area, you can reach your destination.
