Take the high-speed train to Phoenix Ancient City Station, then transfer to a shuttle bus directly to the scenic area. Use your phone's navigation to locate Wanming Pagoda, and walk to the north bank of Tuo River. There is a riverside path along the Tuo River. Follow this path eastward, and you will first see the side or back of the pagoda. Continue walking, and you will find the entrance to the stairs leading up to Wanming Pagoda.
