Drive to an open-air parking lot on the western section of Ring Sea Road. After parking, walk down the long slope. On your right, you'll find an iron staircase. You can spot the staircase near Ah Shui’s Teahouse. After going down the stairs, walk a few steps along the small path, and you’ll see a wall with the large words "Weihai." The location is next to the Codi Coffee Shop. That's the spot for your photo op.
