Walking Guide

You can take a taxi or drive directly to the Donghua Gate of the Forbidden City; or take the Subway Line 1 and exit at Wangfujing Station, Exit A or B, then walk 1 kilometer towards the north side of East Chang'an Avenue and Nanchiizi Avenue to reach the Donghua Gate; the intersection of the city wall and the red wall is located south of the Donghua Gate of the Forbidden City. After exiting through the Donghua Gate, follow the city wall southward towards the corner tower for a short distance, and you will see it.
